The Gallery is a passion project of AGYL AI. We build systems that handle sensitive data for a living, so privacy is not something we bolted on at the end — it is how we build by default. This page explains, in plain language, how we treat your data. If anything here is ever unclear, write to us and we'll fix the wording.
What we never do
- We do not sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to campaigns — ever.
- We do not run ads against it. The Gallery has no advertising business, so there is nothing to target.
- We do not build a profile of your politics to monetize. What you read, and how you would vote your own conscience, stays private and stays yours.
What we do collect
Only what's needed to run the site and make it better:
- Basic analytics. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful and whether the site is working. This is aggregate usage data, not a dossier on you.
- Anything you choose to save. If you follow a bill, save a representative, or record how you'd have voted, we store that so it's there when you return. It belongs to you, and you can delete it.
Where our facts come from
The civic data we show is public record — bills and votes from Congress.gov, campaign finance from the Federal Election Commission, and industry funding rollups from OpenSecrets. We make that record readable; we don't change the numbers, and it is not personal data about you.
Your choices
You can browse the Gallery without an account. Anything you save, you can review and delete. If you'd like a copy of your data or want it removed, contact us and we'll take care of it.
